“ Hometown vibe... This is my 2nd time having lunch at Maywood Grill. The first time, my husband attacked...the Heart Attack Burger, that is! It was so filling and he enjoyed it immensely! This time around, I set up a girls day out to visit the Christmas shop and decided that this was the best place to go for lunch. The last time we were there, I believe there was table service, but this time you had to order in the bakery, take your number and go find a seat. I ordered the Ultimate Grilled Cheese. Provolone, mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese on homemade bread...amazing! The french fries are also very good with a touch of sea salt. For dessert, I purchased a buckeye cupcake...tastes just as good as it looks! The interior of the restaurant has fun, farmhouse paintings, and touches of decor. Wi-Fi code is available. Everything you need for your sandwiches and fries are on the table along with your silverware and napkins. My only complaint is that there is no soda pop fountain. You can only purchase them in bottles. Other than that, extremely good, service and atmosphere! Will be back! About the restaurant: *Takeout and dine in available. *Open for breakfast and lunch only with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays serving dinner. * Great coffee, tea, and dessert selections. * wheelchair, accessible parking, entrance, seating, and restrooms. *Family friendly, groups and tourists *Good for kid with high chairs and kids menus. *free parking on premises. *Debit/credit cards accepted. Reservations accepted. ”
“ Cafeteria style ordering then they bring it to your table. I’ve never seen somewhere that the food looks just like the advertisements would look! The food was amazing. Never had such a fluffy pancake before! The bacon maple french toast was so good. Breakfast served all day on Sunday (until close, that is!) ”
“ We travelled an hour to get here. It was worth it. Food was outstanding! Service was great. Atmosphere was clean and quiet. Took off a star because it was kind of generic (atmosphere only). Let me be clear, the food was tasty and fresh. That’s what you’re going there for, so, go... ”
“ The bacon French toast was something to rave about! It was amazing! First of all, it was Texas toast sized and second, it was soft and easy to chew. It tasted like a dream! The Chicken monster was also pretty good. Service handled the brunch rush gracefully and kept checking on us to make sure that our drinks were full. It never truly felt like we were forgotten. The atmosphere seemed kid-friendly between the kid portraits and the seesaw outside- which I like. I liked that it had a bakery. It was a cheery, lovely place. We'll be back next time we're in Uniontown. ”
“ The food was excellent. But the maple bacon French toast was in a league of it's own. 6-stars if I could. Server was very friendly. We'll be back! ”
“ One of my favorite places to eat, hands down! They are only open for breakfast and lunch. Their breakfasts are huge and delicious! My favorite is the Green eggs and ham (homemade white bread, thick cut, with a large slice of ham, 2 over easy eggs, topped with greens, shaved Parm and drizzled with homemade pesto). Insert Chef's kiss here * Their famous smashed, roasted red potatoes are a game changer! Oh, and they have an amazing bakery too with lip smacking cinnamon rolls, gourmet cupcakes, and other baked delicacies! It is WELL WORTH the drive to this one of a kind restaurant! ”
“ Very nice spot for lunch. I had the fried chicken sandwich and sweet potatoe fries and it was perfect. The service from placing the order to having the food delivered and the table cleaned was excellent. If you are in the area definitely check them out. ”
“ Amazing, the food is a pretty good price, and, oh my gosh, don't even get me started on the Sunday dinner. It's the best thing I've ever eaten! The food is made quickly, and the workers are so sweet and love to have conversations. Overall, this restaurant should have five stars. ”
